DIGITALSET- Ireland

Digitalset is a social enterprise established in 2023 a based in Dublin that offers lifelong learning training services, specialising in digital, online environment, project management, personal development & leadership.

There are 9 expert collaborators currently active in our organisation consisting of former Head Teachers, teachers, pedagogists, a community engagement specialist, language teachers, IT specialists & an administrative manager. Our collaborators have worked with a wide range of target groups across adult, school, VET, youth, sport & higher education sectors.

Our enterprise was created to allow our collaborators to come together & share their knowledge & experience with less experienced individuals & organisations.

The founder Christophe WELLS is now semi-retired & an experienced educator in schools, training centres, universities & in adult education. He has significant experience of European Programmes & of Erasmus + in particular. He is currently an expert evaluator for 4 national agencies, an Erasmus+ ambassador & an ambassador for the EPALE platform.

The DIGITALSET staff have all been involved in teacher & educator training in Ireland, UK & France. For example, Christophe currently offers in-service digital sessions for Educational organisations such as the FR des MFR d’Occitanie, leads pro-bono training courses for staff & educators on the latest pedagogical initiatives such as Exeter University, in addition to voluntary training courses for both educators & directors of associations & community-based initiatives. This work is designed to empower learners to achieve their educational & career goals.

Ludmilla FAVEL is a DIGITALSET Director, an Erasmus+ Ambassador for the French National Agency & also an expert evaluator for the Belgian Erasmus + National Agency. She currently runs training sessions with learners to develop practical application of digitalisation in relation to entrepreneurship in VET centres in Sevilla in her work with the FenetreS Association in Lyon

Jean-Luc Moreau is semi-retired & works with DIGITALSET on a part-time, voluntary basis. He has extensive experience in Erasmus+ project evaluation through work with 3 National Agencies as an Expert-Evaluator. He will take responsibility for the Quality Monitoring Analysis & Evaluation strategy.

Paul Reynolds is a retired Head Teacher but is still active on the board of governors of several schools. He also currently contributes as a volunteer Expert External Evaluator in 4 Erasmus+ Cooperation partnerships.

We aim to contribute to the construction of bright futures by equipping our staff, partners & target groups with the digital skills to bring about a unique combination of benefits for themselves in personal, social & professional contexts.
